Moosehead Mountain Lodge is located a few minutes from
Greenville near Beaver Cove and Moosehead Lake. It’s
right in the heart of the Moosehead Lake
Region and everything it has to offer. This bright and sunny cabin
sleeps 8-10 and is less than a year old. It boasts 2 bedrooms, a
loft, a full bath, living room, dining area and a fully equipped
kitchen. Washer/Dryer also included for your convenience. Wildlife
viewing right from the deck. It’s Maine Post and Beam construction,
Knotty pine and exposed timbers throughout add to the rustic charm
of this cabin.
Privately situated among the Birch and Spruce trees
this cabin offers something for every season! Whether your heading
for Mt. Katahdin (roughly 50 miles away) or Kokajo (just 18 miles
away) Muzzy Trail offers direct access to ITS 85 and ITS 86 for
those who want to snowmobile from the front door! In the Spring and
Summer time Scammon Ridge and the surrounding forests offers miles
of hiking trails with wildlife around every corner. Not into hiking?
Then hop on your ATV and go! Bringing your boat? Beaver Cove Marina
is less than a mile away offering a full service marina and
food/beverages. Pack a picnic and head to Lily Bay State Park, just
5 miles North, and spend the day swimming in Moosehead Lake. If
fishing is what your looking for then the easy walk to Prong Pond,
well known for it’s enormous trout, is sure to delight you! Rentals are available Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
Rates vary from season to season. Rates start at $700.00 per week
and $150.00 per night (plus 7% Maine lodging tax) with a 2 night
minimum stay. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without
notice.

sport enjoyed by people of all ages. The Moosehead Lake Trail System
offers food, fuel, repairs and so much more! Big Squaw Mountain, a
favorite among the locals, is a family friendly ski mountain!
Springtime brings about the Bird Watchers! Almost every warbler of
the Northern Forest can be found here! Spend the day exploring the
Moosehead Marine Museum or take a 3-hour tour on the “Kate”, the
last remaining steamboat on the lake. Take to the air on a sight
seeing flight in a Floatplane or hike into the woods on Elephant
Mountain to visit the B-52 Crash Site memorial. White Water Rafting.
